We practice democratic-centralism — the highest level of internal democracy, open discussion and debate, followed by united, disciplined action in the class struggle.
We root ourselves in workplaces, campuses, and communities — especially among those most exploited and oppressed by capitalism — while linking every local fight to the international struggle for socialism.

Our five-point program for revolutionary transformation

Smash Capitalism, Build Socialism
- Nationalize key industries, banks, and land under workers' control.
- Plan the economy democratically to meet human needs, not profit.
- Abolish the Finance Act 2024 and reverse all neoliberal privatizations.

End Imperialist Domination
- Cancel all foreign debt.
- Expel all foreign military forces and bases from Africa.
- Break from IMF, World Bank, and WTO dictates.

Workers' Democracy
- Workers' and poor people's councils in workplaces, communities, and schools.
- Replace the capitalist state with a workers' state based on armed, organized masses.
- All officials to be elected, recallable, and paid no more than an average worker.

Liberation of the Oppressed
- End gender-based violence; free reproductive health care for all.
- Equal pay for equal work; end all forms of discrimination.
- Full equality and rights for all ethnic and religious groups.

International Revolution
- Unite the African working class in a socialist federation.
- Build a new revolutionary international to coordinate and lead the global struggle.
- Solidarity with all oppressed peoples: Palestine, Sudan, Congo, and beyond.
